Event corrections, reports, and submissions
Authorized venue members can publish and update their venue’s events directly after accepting our Venue Content Guidelines. To report objectionable content or its publisher, use the report option on the event screen. To request a factual correction by email, include the artist or event name, venue, date, and a link to the correct information.
Tickets and venue questions
Contact the venue or ticket provider directly for ticket purchases, refunds, admission requirements, and last-minute schedule changes.
Privacy and account deletion
Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Profile > Delete account after verifying their password and confirming the administrator-continuity warning. Read Delete your EAL account for the steps and the fallback request path if you cannot access the app. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted, how personal report explanations are handled, and what official shared venue content remains.
